I have loved flowers since I was a little girl, from the time all the peonie buds opened into fragrant and beautiful blooms and the tulips peeked through to let us know a new season had began. In 2022 I decided to take the Master Gardener course through my local ISU extension, in order to gain more knowledge with my own garden & flower beds. This is where the seed was planted in my heart to grow all my own flowers & vegetables from seed rather than purchase from a greenhouse or box store. That winter the shelves went up, grow lights, heat mats, power strips, etc were installed and my seed planting took off with thousands of my own baby seedlings to look after. 2023 was first year of reaping what I sewed, the magic and joy it brought to grow all those beautiful flowers and produce and to share them with individuals that appreciate the beauty as much as myself has been incredibly rewarding. I look forward to sharing fresh cut flowers, fillers, herbs, plants and produce with all of you for many years to come.
